Avril Lavigne took home 2 MTV Europe Awards on the 1st November. She won the award "Most Addictive Track" for Girlfriend and also she won the "Best Solo Artist" award.Here is what The Vancouver Sun have to say;
Munich, Germany (Reuters) - Pop star Avril Lavigne took two top prizes at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Thursday, stealing the thunder from her rival Justin Timberlake. The 23-year-old rocker won the Most Addictive Track and coveted Solo Artist categories, while Timberlake, who dominated the same event in 2006 and was the most-nominated artist in 2007, came away empty-handed.
