The Best Damn Thing is Avril Lavigne's third album and has so far sold over 5 million copies worldwide. It was released on the 16th April 2007 and the first single from the album was "Girlfriend", it was then followed by "When You're Gone", "Hot" and "The Best Damn Thing".
